I have been a client of Windrush Therapies since 2014. From the beginning Annie Hong displayed a great knowledge, enthusiasm and is truly committed to the health and wellbeing of her clients. She is easy to talk to and her therapy room is very comfortable with a calming and relaxing feel to it.

In December 2013 I was diagnosed with Invasive Breast Cancer. I had a Mastectomy and Reconstruction surgery followed by six months of chemotherapy. My reflexology sessions helped me with the side effects of my treatment. I suffered with pain in both shoulders, water retention/seroma, constipation and fatigue.

During my reflexology session I became very relaxed and felt lighter, more at ease, the pain in my shoulders would decrease significantly. I would leave feeling more confident and positive, ready to take on my next Chemotherapy treatment.

Annie has such a calm manner that puts you at ease immediately. She has the perfect mix of being very professional whilst providing a very individual, personal experience. I booked sessions with Annie whilst feeling anxious about my slow recovery post surgery…I can honestly say her reflexology and Indian head massage made a huge difference to my well-being during that time.
